"World Scrum in Ecopa" is a youth rugby exchange program involving kids from countries represented at RWC19. The Shizuoka prefectural government, in conjunction with World Rugby, will be hosting a day of rugby activities for kids aged 6-15 years on the 17th March (Saturday), from 10:30am-2:00pm and Australia and New Zealand kids have been invited to participate. The venue will be Ecopa Stadium, one of the official venues for RWC19.
The day will include rugby demonstrations by professional players from Yamaha Jubilo (one of Japan's top rugby league teams), a free lunch with the players, stadium tour, and some sports activities using a rugby ball. A free shuttle bus between Tokyo and the venue will be available for participants.
