Their highly successful team in Tokyo are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help their customers enter and thrive in this dynamic economy that's one of the world's largest consumer markets, and an exciting place to do business.
A superb relationship manager and team player, you will enjoy being part of a truly global organisation at the top of its game. You'll work with a talented collaborative team and together you'll play a key role in evaluating customers' strengths weaknesses, and opportunities. Your commercial smarts, know-how, and know-who will ensure the customers you support will thrive in market.
Keen business acumen is critical in this role, as is the ability to work alongside CEOs and a willingness to 'roll your sleeves up'. You will have superior communication, business consulting, and relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. You will understand how to develop and leverage industry networks and your enthusiastic 'can-do' attitude and positive proactive approach will be highly valued.

AYF is seeking next generation leaders with the passion to challenge themselves in this unique global community and take advantage of this once in a lifetime opportunity. By gathering future leaders, AYF aims to provide a creative platform so young innovators and designers can come together across cultures, backgrounds and disciplines. Using their unique skills and existing specializations, they will find new solutions to global issues through study and collaboration.
Fellows participating in this program will have a chance to receive in-house training and valuable on-the-job work experience to enhance their skills and capabilities through active involvement in new business projects and facilities operated by the Pasona Group on Awaji Island. AYF fellows will take part in a unique learning and working program with a focus on 4 streams: Entrepreneurship, Regional Revitalization, Creative Culture and International Relations.
