The 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM), including elections for Executive Councillors for 2019-2021 for the Australian and New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Japan (ANZCCJ) will be taking place on Wednesday 20 November 2019 6:30-8:30pm (doors open 6:00pm) at the New Zealand Embassy Tokyo (map). This is a members-only event but prior registration is required for catering purposes. Please register before COB Thursday the 14th November.

The ANZCCJ Constitution requires that the Executive Council must be comprised of:
- At least 2 Individual Members; and
- At least 7 Corporate Members (within this, at least 2 Australian Corporates and 1 New Zealand Corporate).
From the list of 2019-2021 Candidates, the Executive Council requires at least one additional Corporate Member, including at least one additional NZ Corporate Member, and 2 Individual Members.
Out of the candidates listed on the ballot paper, voters will be asked to mark a tick next to the name of up to six (6) candidates. Votes will be weighted according to the level of your membership (Platinum 4, Gold 4, Silver 4, Bronze 3, Individuals 1).
