(Zoom Registration) 2020 ANZCCJ Annual General Meeting

The Australian and New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Japan's Annual General Meeting and 2020-2022 Executive Council election will be held from 3:30pm - 5:00pm on November 25, 2020.

Due to the required health and safety measures, unfortunately this year's in person attendance will be limited to the current Executive Council and 2020-2022 Executive Council candidates. The Chair's Report, Treasurer's Report, and Q&A will be streamed online from 3:30pm - 4pm (JST) for all members, so please register to receive your Zoom access details.

To ensure that the Executive Council election reflects the wishes of our full membership base, we strongly encourage members to submit their votes through absentee or proxy vote forms, to be distributed to all members on November 18. Please note that the absentee voting period will close at 5pm on November 24.
