FAHC: Wine Tasting & Networking Evening

On Friday 23 April, the Food, Agriculture & Hospitality Committee (FAHC) partnered with South Australia Trade & Investment to host a wine tasting and networking evening at Shibuya Scramble Square. As the first face-to-face event hosted by ANZCCJ in 2021, we were delighted to welcome over 40 guests as we sampled a wide variety of delicious South Australian wines, supplied by importers Jeroboam, Colonial Trading Co., Sarment, AJ Trading, A Wines, and excellent gin by Eat Lab. Pullman Tokyo Tamachi Executive Chef Koji Fukuda prepared a special menu featuring Paroo roo meat Kanga Sangas, South Australian blue fin tuna with Kinkawooka mussels, and honey and almond lamingtons.  

We would like to extend our thanks to all the food and wine suppliers for their support, FAHC Chair Tim Barnstable and ANZCCJ Chair Sally Townsend for hosting this event, and to all our members and friends who joined us for what was a great evening.
