ANZCCJ members networking at the Joint Chamber Summer Reception last week

  Like usFollow us

Wow, is it June already? With all that has been happening this month – a Sports for Business committee meeting, our annual Joint Chamber Summer Reception, and planning for the upcoming welcome reception for the NSW Waratahs Super Rugby team – it is easy to forget that a change of season is coming – and no, I don’t mean tsuyu!

The ANZCCJ Annual General Meeting will be held on 21 July at the Australian Embassy from 6:00PM. We will be electing new members to the Executive Council, as well as voting on constitutional changes. I wholeheartedly encourage all members who are interested in nominating to do so – it is a fantastic way to contribute to the Australian and New Zealand business community in Japan, and we have a lot of fun doing it! Members are reminded that nominations are open until 14 July. If you cannot make it to the AGM on the night, you may cast an absentee ballot from the 15 – 20 July, or submit a proxy vote to another member. For more information, please visit our website or contact the Secretariat.

We also have many exciting events coming up in July – a networking event presented by CST Tax Advisors and the next event in our ANZCCJ Lunchtime series with ANZ’s Chief China Economist, just to name a few. Visit our website for updates!
