Robert Walters Japan raises funds to provide drinking water in Tsavo, Kenya

On July 8, specialist professional recruitment firm Robert Walters Japan participated in the Robert Walters Group Walks to Kenya fundraiser to help provide a community in Kenya with clean water. With the aim of covering 6,341 miles (the distance from our London HQ to Tsavo, Kenya) within 24 hours, Robert Walters Japan collectively contributed over 850 miles by walking, running or cycling.

Robert Walters Japan is committed to remaining a force for good in both our local communities and the wider world, as well. Since 2017, the Group has worked with the Global Angels Foundation, an international development organisation, to support sustainable projects in Tsavo, Kenya.

The Group’s partnership provides financial investment in the community and staff volunteers have also been sent in the past to work with local residents to tackle the most pressing challenges such as accessing clean drinking water and growing sustainable crops.

Led with a vision to create global impact through local action, Robert Walters Japan is passionate about powering the potential of the diverse individuals and communities we serve around the world by volunteering our time and expertise, partnering with charities and non-profits, and fundraising for causes that align with the Group’s values and mission.
