Governance Australia & Asia is a private corporate governance practice based in Sydney with clients across Australia and the Asia Pacific Region. It is led by Dr Ann-Maree Moodie and provides services including Board Performance Reviews and Governance and Cultural Reviews. Dr Moodie also conducts in-house workshops on governance, Board Paper Writing and Board Presentation training to CEOs and senior executive teams.

Andrew is an experienced marketing and public affairs professional based in Tokyo, Japan with a unique background that mixes business, innovation strategy, legal and corporate affairs skills with more than a decade of pharmaceutical industry experience. He was recently appointed to serve on the Johnson & Johnson Japan Presidents’ Council as the Head of Communication & Public Affairs.
Peter Grasse is an awarded producer who shaped the reputation of Asia-Pacific’s most dynamic production companies in New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan. For more than a decade Grasse has produced some of the World’s most talked- about and awarded commercial campaigns.
