Who we are
Welcome to ANZCCJ
The Australian and New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Japan (ANZCCJ) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the development of commerce between Australia, New Zealand, and Japan since 1972. Currently, the organisation boasts approximately 550 members, including Australian and New Zealand businesses operating in Japan, Japanese companies with interests in Australia and New Zealand, alongside international members and other entities maintaining commercial connections between Japan and Australia/New Zealand.
The ANZCCJ hosts a diverse array of events, such as meetings with Australian and New Zealand government officials, industry specialists, and influential political figures, alongside informative seminars and networking gatherings. These events afford members the opportunity to stay informed regarding shifts in foreign policy and economic landscapes, gain insights into various facets of the Japanese market, and cultivate new business and social contacts. The organisation’s joint patrons are the Australian and New Zealand Ambassadors, who frequently organise functions at their respective embassies throughout the year.
