Andrew Dolan

Director, Industrial & Data Center Capital Markets

Andrew Dolan is a Director within the Capital Markets team at JLL Japan, leading transactions of commercial properties, such as industrial warehouses, factories, data centres, and development land on behalf of international investors and corporate occupiers in the Japanese market.

With over 10 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry, Andrew possesses expertise in various areas including capital markets transactions, valuation, strategic consulting, investment, property & project management, and development surveying. Prior to his relocation to Japan, Andrew was based in Korea, for over 7 years, where he led the Valuation team at JLL. He also gained valuable experience in the property industry while working for residential developers during his time in Sydney, Australia, and London, UK. Andrew completed his undergraduate degree in Construction Management at Western Sydney University and holds a Graduate Diploma in Property Development from The University of Technology Sydney. Additionally, he is a Valuation Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
