Hiroshi Shikishi - ANZCCJ - Australian and New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Japan

Hiroshi Shikishi, former Director of Mitutoyo Corporation, a freelance management consultant after retiring from the manufacturing company, aiming for helping investors and management executives how to enter into, run and grow Japanese companies, how to tackle various management challenges as an advisor.  I am also a Partner Consultant of Waku Consulting Co., Ltd.

Started my professional career at IBJ (Industrial Bank of Japan, now Mizuho Bank) and worked as Treasurer/General Manager at its Australian banking subsidiary for five and half years in Sydney more than twenty-five years ago. After I came back, I joined ANZCCJ to keep in touch with Australian business community.

I moved to the manufacturing company in 2004 and spent corporate planning area mostly as a Director and Senior Executive Officer. I was involved in many projects such as mid-term management planning, cross-border M&A/alliance with various business partners and corporate governance matters.
