Lily Takegasa, originally from Toride, Ibaraki, the birthplace of the iconic Nissin Cup Ramen, headed to New Zealand to pursue her academic dreams and ultimately spent a decade studying and working across both the North and South islands. Having immersed herself in the local cuisine and wine scene, upon returning to Japan, Lily’s passion for food and cultural connections inspired her to become lead sales at Patties Food Group, bringing Four and Twenty pies to Japan. Lily is also a key member and helps propel the ANZCCJ’s FHAC Committee.
