Dean has been heading operations for AAPC Japan (Accor) for the past 3 years as Vice President and Representative Director. Prior to his appointment in this role he served as the Area General Manager for Hokkaido & Okinawa from 2016. Accor is one of the largest Hotel Operators in the world with over 5,300 Hotels in operation and 1,220 pipeline Hotels globally. Japan is a key market for growth for Accor and Dean leads Operations while supporting the development of brands and Hotels. Dean has worked closely with the Chamber and regularly supports events and trade shows at the Pullman Tokyo Tamachi.
